We build decision systems for the places care is actually delivered
Opian Information Communication Tech PLC is an Ethiopian software company founded in 2022. We build platforms used at national scale by ministries, health facilities, and logistics teams — software that takes existing processes and makes them measurably better.
Practical intelligence, grounded in reality.
The systems we build don't try to be clever. They try to be useful to the person opening them at 7am in a regional office, the clinician on a night shift, the logistician coordinating supply delivery.
Aligned, not disruptive
We follow the ministry's existing process and make it measurably faster. We don't ask teams to learn a new way of working.
Built, not promised
Everything we talk about is deployed and in use today. If it's on our website, it's running in a health facility.
Sovereign partnerships
Country data stays in-country. Platforms are licensed to ministries, not rented from foreign clouds.
Ethiopia first, continent next
Our flagship platforms come from years of work in Ethiopia. We are now taking them across Sub-Saharan Africa.
